Animula Nook is home to dozens of adorable creatures called Minies — the tiny original inhabitants of Minietopia. Each one has a unique personality, backstory, and friendship path waiting to be unlocked.
Minies are organized into four distinct races, each with their own look and lore:

Your Companion: Wupa (乌帕)
Wupa is your personal companion — a lucky little creature inspired by real-world stray animals, designed to look a little like a cat. More than just a pet, Wupa is a symbol of good fortune in Minietopia, carrying wishes and blessings wherever it goes.
Each Wupa has its own look and personality. You can adopt one as your partner, explore Minietopia together, and they can even help you travel through the air.
The Friendship System
Building relationships with Minies is central to progressing in Animula Nook.
- Talk daily — Even a quick chat earns friendship points
- Give gifts — Each Minie has favorites; gifting these earns bonus points
- Spend time together — Farm, explore, and play music side by side
- Complete requests — Help Minies with tasks for big friendship rewards
As friendship grows, you unlock new dialogue, unique gifts, special memories, and access to new areas.
